Dialectology

This research focusses on Arabic dialectology. Work has been conducted by staff and research students on Arabic dialects of Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan. Research involves the description of individual dialects and comparison of dialects.
