The Development Studies research group is interested in how arts and humanities research can help to better understand, and provide innovative solutions to, some of the world’s most pressing development challenges.
We focus in particular on conflict and humanitarian action, the building and sustaining of creative economies, and the formation and conservation of culture and heritage.
