What we do
Our consultancy and training services help organisations cut through complexity, understand the issues quickly and find solutions that work in real-world contexts.
Every project is unique. We work closely with each client to fully understand your distinctive challenges and agree an approach that will get you where you need to be.
Consultancy
We work with businesses, charities, professional bodies and public sector organisations to clarify ethical challenges and design practical responses.
Typical consultancy projects include:
-
Codes of ethics and values frameworks – drafting or revising codes, and helping embed them through workshops, training and communications strategies.
-
Leadership support – advising boards, executives and senior managers on complex ethical dilemmas, balancing legal obligations, organisational priorities and stakeholder responsibilities.
-
Culture diagnostics – conducting surveys, interviews and audits to uncover how ethics is perceived and practised in the organisation, identifying strengths and areas for development.
-
Facilitated workshops – creating safe spaces for leaders and teams to explore ethical questions, articulate shared values, and build consensus around ways forward.
-
Sector-specific challenges – working in complex, specialist environments (e.g. law, finance, engineering, healthcare, technology), where ethical issues play out in distinctive ways.
Our approach blends philosophical clarity with practical insight. The result is consultancy that supports organisations to make better decisions, strengthen integrity and build cultures where ethics is lived rather than just stated.
Training and professional development
We design and deliver training that helps professionals apply ethical judgement in their everyday work. Our programmes range from short, highly interactive workshops to multi-session CPD courses and online modules used by thousands of professionals. Sessions typically use real-world scenarios to encourage discussion and strengthen judgement. We also develop bespoke training materials that embed codes of ethics and values in practice, so that participants gain the confidence to recognise ethical challenges and respond effectively. Training can be delivered in person or online and is always adapted to the needs of the organisation and sector.

Applied research
We conduct commissioned research into questions of integrity, professionalism and ethics across sectors. Our work combines philosophical expertise with a wide range of empirical methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups and literature reviews. We produce reports and tools that don’t just describe problems but offer practical, evidence-based ways forward. Past projects have explored integrity in accountancy, professionalism in banking, ethics in engineering and ethical decision-making in healthcare and the public sector. Whether the aim is to understand stakeholder perceptions, review ethical frameworks or explore emerging challenges such as AI and climate change, our research produces actionable insights into complex issues.
