Ethics and Climate Change

Our research
The Ethics and Climate Change research theme explores the roles and duties of the professions in global environmental challenges related to climate change. Our work in this area is interdisciplinary and encourages collaboration, with a particular focus on engineers and historians.
Our notable projects include Rob Lawlor’s ‘Climate Change, Ethics and Responsibility’. We are also involved in ongoing work with the University's Sustainability Research Institute, which includes supervising doctoral projects in environmental ethics.
