Feminisms Research Group

The Feminisms Research Group is a collaborative and interdisciplinary forum. We bring together researchers, artists and educators who engage with practices and theories of feminism and culture.
We are invested in mobilising feminisms to reorient and consider the urgent questions of race, language, sexuality, labour, ecology, embodiment, coloniality and decoloniality.
Through meetings, reading groups, exhibitions, screenings and other events, we aim to cultivate a space for shared learning and collective experimentation.
Our group strives to be attentive to the histories and futures of feminisms as plural, situated, responsive and contested, and we are committed to fostering approaches that speak with and across disciplines and communities.
The group welcomes postgraduate students, early-career researchers, established academics and practitioners. If you are interested in joining our mailing list or attending events, please get in touch.
