In 2017, IDEA conducted a transformation of the code of ethics and supporting framework for the ARA. To inform this, we engaged with their members and stakeholders using a combination of online surveys, interviews and focus groups.

The outputs of the project were both a new code of ethics and a set of recommendations for embedding the code.
