One of the best ways to get a feel for our campus is by attending one of our undergraduate open days. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk to our staff and students and find out more about your subject.
Our open day dates for 2020:
- Friday 19 June
- Saturday 20 June
- Saturday 12 September
- Saturday 3 October
Have a look on the open day website to plan your visit and find out more.
As our campus is only a short walk from the city centre, you can explore Leeds, too. Taking a stroll into the city gives you a real taste of what it has to offer, from shopping and entertainment to the many restaurants and bars.
If you're looking to study a Masters or PhD at Leeds, take a look at our postgraduate events.
If you can’t attend an open day but would like to visit the University, you can join one of our organised campus tours.
Guided by one of our current students, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about student life in Leeds.
We provide tours most Wednesdays during term time, with more frequent tours available during peak times.
A student-led tour of the campus will generally include:
- Leeds University Students’ Union
- academic libraries
- the Edge Sports Centre
- an example of student accommodation within one of our halls of residence.

Offer holder days
We understand how important your choice of university is and we want you to have all the information you need to help you make the right decision.
Once you receive an offer, you'll be invited to an offer holder day to give you the chance to discuss your application, your career plans, and check that your course is right for you before submitting your final choices to UCAS.
Our staff regularly travel overseas to meet with international students interested in studying in the United Kingdom. These visits include attending education exhibitions and fairs or conducting interviews at our overseas representatives’ offices.
We'll be able to give you advice on anything; from studying at the University of Leeds to choosing the right course for your future career with guidance on how to apply.
Take a look at our upcoming visits to find out if we are attending an event near you.
