I received my BA in English (2010) and my first MA in English Literature and Language (2014) at Huaqiao University (Quanzhou, Fujian, China). I then earned my second MA degree in Comparative Literatures and Cultures with Distinction at the University of Bristol (2020). I am now doing my PhD project at the University of Leeds, which focuses on the 21st-century English-language translations of the Shijing, the extant earliest collection of poems in China.
