Profile
I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Linguistics and Phonetics at the University of Leeds. I finished my undergraduate studies in the English language at King Kahled university. After that, I was nominated to serve as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Foreign Languages (FLD) at Bisha University, in Bisha city. I got an MA in Linguistics from the Univesity of Leeds in 2017.
Research interests
My research interests lie in the fields of language acquisition and processing, Psycholinguistics, and Second language acquisition (SLA).
I am also highly interested in the cognitive processing research of bilinguals to understand the nature of a bilingual brain and to explore how two different languages work together in bilinguals’ brain (people who can speak two different languages).
