Moving ethics CPD online: Experiences, challenges, and solutions

Delivering impactful ethics CPD is challenging even at face-to-face events, e.g. some trainees complain that it is boring and patronising. The risks are even greater online, e.g. you get less feedback from trainees to show they are engaged.

At this interactive workshop, we'll hear from professional associations who have moved their ethics CPD online. What can other training leaders learn from their experiences? For example, what were the difficulties and how did they overcome them? How can you integrate the social aspects into an online programme? How do you make it lively?

This promises to be an engaging event where discussion will be encouraged. You will leave with practical lessons to ensure your online ethics CPD has a beneficial impact on trainees. 

Attendees are invited to network after the event and ask further questions applied ethics and online CPD.
