Undergraduate finalist accepted to Genesis Sixteen

Imogen Creedy, a final-year student on the BMus Music (Performance) degree has been accepted to Genesis Sixteen.

Genesis Sixteen is The Sixteen’s free young artists’ scheme, which aims to nurture the next generation of talented ensemble singers. During the course of one year, a series of week-long and weekend courses are led by key figures from The Sixteen, including founder and conductor Harry Christophers and associate conductor Eamonn Dougan. 

Imogen will receive group tuition, individual mentoring and take part in masterclasses run by some of the industry’s top vocal experts. 

The BMus Music (Performance) degree is a four-year course allowing students to specialise in performance and spend a year abroad studying in a conservatoire, music college or university abroad. Students on the course develop practice as a creative and individual performer which is enhanced by studying at one of a range of institutions in Europe or elsewhere in the world.
