Opportunities for Visiting Research Fellows

Bench Fees 

Visiting Research Fellows are required to pay a bench fee of £150 per calendar month for the duration of their affiliation with us. The School will consider fee waivers for the following categories of Visiting Research Fellows: 

• For academics/practitioners from OECD ‘Low and Middle Income Countries’, unless they are in receipt of funding designed to meet such costs.
• For early career researchers who do not have tenure in their home institution, unless they are in receipt of funding designed to meet such costs. 

Please specify in your application, if you wish to apply for a fee waiver and provide supporting evidence, where necessary. Decisions on fee waivers will be communicated to applicants by email once their full applications have been reviewed and accepted. 

Please note that full fee waivers can only be offered under exceptional circumstances.
