If so, please join the School of History’s Dr Danielle Terazzas Williams and Dr Sean Fear, on behalf of the Politics, Diplomacy and International History Research Group, on Wednesday 15 October, 4-5 PM in the Grant Room (Michael Sadler Building 3.11) for an overview presentation of the overseas academic job market.
This event is designed to introduce PGRs and early career scholars interested in pursuing overseas academic jobs with the unique opportunities, documents and procedures that are often required for international academic positions.We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of how to identify and pursue overseas academic jobs, including advice and examples of successful cover letters, teaching and research statements, and interview/campus visit techniques.
