I received my Bachelor's degree in Science of Environment from Northeast Normal University in 2019. During this time, I realized my interest in philosophy and enrolled at Nanjing University, majoring in Philosophy of Science. In 2022 I completed my Master's program and came to the University of Leeds to pursue my Ph.D. My supervisors are Juha Saatsi and Helen Beebee.
My research interest is in the philosophy of science in general, particularly in causality and scientific explanation. My master's thesis focused on counterfactual theories of causality and causal models. During my Ph.D. My research aims to extend causal models to scientific explanations. In addition, I am also interested in Bayesian theory, statistics, and probabilistic causality, and read a lot of relevant literature.
