Ethical Thinking and Behaviours in Construction

An interactive workshop to consider current ethical issues facing those working in the Construction Industry.

On Tuesday 16th July, colleagues from the School of Civil Engineering and IDEA: The Ethics Centre, at the University of Leeds, will be holding an interactive workshop to consider current ethical issues facing those working in the Construction Industry.

Being held at Hinsley Hall, in Headingley, Leeds, the event will bring together practising Construction Engineers, with Engineering Academics and Applied Ethicists to discuss the ethical issues being faced in construction today.

Drawing on the results of a recent survey we will share examples from practice, hear from delegates about their experiences, discuss how to tackle a number of workplace challenges, and identify ways to make improvements which encourage improved ethical thinking and behaviours, to take back to your organisations.

This workshop is open to practising engineers and academics interested in ethical thinking and practice in construction.

It is a free event, including lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
