Relaunch of the British Association of Teachers of Arabic

Professor El-Mustapha Lahlali successfully relaunches the association focussing on Arabic language and culture.

The School of Languages, Cultures and Societies, and Arabic, Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies congratulate Professor El-Mustapha Lahlali for successfully relaunching the British Association of Teachers of Arabic (BATA).

The Association will support and promote teaching, learning, scholarship and research in the fields of Arabic language and culture. It will bring together teachers of Arabic at all levels, both at Higher Education and Schools. BATA will seek to share, promote and disseminate best practices and resources across the wide network of teachers in the UK and beyond.
