I joined the University of Leeds as a lecturer in Korean in 2022. I worked at SOAS and the University of Central Lancashire prior to joining the University of Leeds.
I am a linguist, a translator and interpreter, and a professional Korean language instructor certified by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

I am the module leader and tutor for all the Korean modules at the University of Leeds.
I co-teach a MA module on translation and supervise master students’ translation projects (English to Chinese).
