Medieval Group Workshop: William of Norwich's Four Candles

Dr. Claire Trenery, Teaching Fellow of Medieval Studies at the University of Leeds, is leading the Medieval Group workshop exploring wax offerings titled, 'William of Norwich's Four Candles'.
This workshop will explore the significance of wax offerings to the saints in the Middle Ages, and will conclude with an opportunity for those in attendance to make their own medieval candle. As with all Medieval Group events, meetings open with tea at 17:00, and the workshop will begin promptly at 17:30.
