Professor Simon Armitage has performed one of his first official duties since becoming Poet Laureate, announcing the winner of the University of Leeds’ new poetry prize.

Dr Kimberly Campanello, Lecturer in Creative Writing, has been widely recognised for her new work MOTHERBABYHOME, a collection of poetry based on the St Mary’s Mother and Baby Home in Ireland.
