Dr Kimberly Campanello’s poem MOTHERBABYHOME reviewed by the Times Literary Supplement

The Times Literary Supplement recently reviewed Dr Kimberly Campanello’s experimental poem MOTHERBABYHOME.

The poem was first published in 2019, alongside the period in which the Republic was investigating St Mary’s Mother and Baby Home, Tuam and other homes for unmarried mothers and their babies.

MOTHERBABYHOME is a large poetic text formed entirely from archives, media and historical sources related to Tuam. Made up of 796 pages, each one contains the name, age and date of death of one of the children, in chronological order.
