2019 Partnership Awards success
The School of Media and Communication has won three Partnership Awards. The awards celebrate the achievements, commitment and impact of exceptional staff and students at the University of Leeds.
William Marriott, who studies BA Broadcast Journalism, won Student Academic Rep of the Year. Professor Stephen Coleman won the Inspirational Teaching award and Dr Tom Jackson won for Best Feedback.
Seven other people from the School of Media and Communication were also nominated for the awards.
Ian Bucknell and Dr Beth Johnson who were nominated for Inspirational Teaching. Kate Watkins and Dr Beth Johnson were nominated for the Personal Tutor award.
Talin Aghanian, Samantha Gill and Dr Penny Rivlin who were nominated for Positive Impact. And Dr Matthias Revers was nominated for Best Feedback.
We received nearly 200 nominations this year so thank you to everyone who voted for us.
