Dr Brouwer Elected to ISOS Steering Committee

We are delighted to announce that Dr Thomas Brouwer, has been elected as a member of the steering committee for the International Society for Social Ontology (ISOS).

The ISOS is a learned society dedicated to advancing the field of social ontology globally. Its key activities include hosting an annual conference, organising a series of specialised workshops, and running an essay competition. The society also supports the Journal of Social Ontology and offers a mentorship program designed to assist early-career scholars in the discipline. In his new role, Dr Brouwer will assume the position of co-treasurer and co-manage the Member Engagement committee. 

Dr Brouwer is a lecturer at the University of Leeds with research interests in social ontology, the philosophy of logic, metaphysics and metasemantics.
