Research interests

My research focuses on decision theory especially as it relates to the philosophy of mind, so issues concerning the nature of graded belief and desire and their relationships to behaviour and evidence. I also do research in the philosophy of language (especially theories of meaning and content), formal semantics (especially two-dimensional semantics and possible worlds theories of content), and metaethics (especially moral functionalism and moral nihilism).
