MA Funding in PRHS

Funding opportunities for Taught Masters and MA by Research students for 2017-18.

There are various funding opportunities for Masters study in PRHS for 2017-18.

Scholarships:

  • Up to ten Fee Scholarships - £6,500 towards academic fees. 
  • Up to two AHRC WRoCAH Research Preparation Masters Studentships - the cost of academic fees and provide a maintenance grant (£14,296 in session 2016/17).
  • Up to three Santander Scholarships - up to £7500 towards academic fees.

The closing date for these schemes is Friday 5th May 2017

  • Up to two PRHS Taught Postgraduate Fee Scholarships – full UK/EU fees (partial fees at the UK/EU rate for international students). 
  • Up to one Mangoletsi Scholarship for either Taught Masters study or MA by Research in the subject area of Theoretical Philosophy - full UK/EU fees (partial fees at the UK/EU rate for international students) for Philosophy MA.  

The closing date for these School of PRHS schemes is Monday 31st July 2017.

Bursaries: University of Leeds graduates may also be eligible for a 10% alumni bursary.
