Professor Scott A. Shalkowski

Profile

I joined the University of Leeds as a University Research Fellow in 1996. Previously, I held appointments at the University of Memphis, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Notre Dame, Chapman College, University of Oklahoma, and the University of Western Australia.

I have received awards from The National Endowment for the Humanities, The Australian Research Council, and the British Academy. I have also been nominated for an Excellence in Teaching Award.

My current research projects concern modal epistemology, method in metaphysics, mathematical nominalism, and the epistemology of religious belief.
