Chinese New Year Celebration: Chinese Creative Industries in Global Context

An exhibition about Chinese cultural and creative industries in celebration of Chinese New Year 2019.
This event will showcase two different peripheral museums with Chinese cultural backgrounds and creative ideas. The first theme will showcase the Palace Museum in Beijing, China, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The second theme of Suzhou Museum in Jiangsu, China, will be on Tuesday and Thursday.
Visitors will experience the different feelings of North and South China. In the Suzhou Museum themed exhibition, visitors can also make their own Chinese embroidery.
The exhibition will take place in the School of Performance and Cultural Industries, stage@leeds building at the University of Leeds.
The event is free of charge and booking is not required.
