Success for Music and Management students

Four School of Music students have achieved early career successes.

Three MA Music & Management students – Charley Strachan, Cheima Tuysuzian Bouajila and Rachel Ching Hui – have been selected by Marshall Amplification to work on the marketing and promotion of the very prestigious Marshall Live event at Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes.

A fourth MA Music & Management student, Lucinda Keir, has been offered the job of Assistant Artist Manager at the international artist management agency Hazard Chase.

These successes have been possible due to effective employability activities embedded in various modules on the course, particularly Live Music Management & Promotion. Two of these students are School of Music alumni, and their achievement demonstrates the added value of our masters courses in terms of employability and career development.
