IMS in Conversation: The Devil's Historians: How Modern Extremists Abuse the Medieval Past

On Tuesday 28 July, the IMS will host an interview with Paul B. Sturtevant and Amy F. Kaufman on their latest publication, 'The Devil's Historians: How Modern Extremists Abuse the Medieval Past'.

This session is the latest instalment of the Institute for Medieval Studies’ highly successful new series, IMS in Conversation. These sessions take the form of informal Tuesday evening conversations on staff members' recent books. Amy S. Kaufman and Paul B. Sturtevant will discuss their latest publication, The Devil's Historians: How Modern Extremists Abuse the Medieval Past (Toronto: University of Toronto Press, 2020), and be responding to questions and observations from people attending the session.

The event will be held online and entry is free; the URL will be circulated by email to registered guests around 17:00 on the day of the event.
