Profile

I am a Post Graduate Researcher investigating functional fibres and smart composites for high performance engineering applications, with the aim to create fully woven in-textile circuits & embed functionality directly within components. I am very interested in transferring topics that are well-researched for smart-textile purposes such as Piezoelectrics, Energy Harvesting and Structural Health monitoring and transferring them in to a composite.

Currently I am focusing on developing a CFRP composite with a Piezolectric generator which will become the backbone of my future work.
