Futuring Interculturality: Between Aspirations and Structural Constraints

- Date: Thursday 20 March 2025, 13:00 – 15:00
- Location: EC Stoner SR (8.90)
- Cost: Free
This hybrid event will explore the project’s key research question: "How can we disentangle interculturality from internationalisation in university research, policy, practice, and services?"
Jenna Isherwood (International Student Office and Global Community Team) and Ramzi Merabet (LC and Intercultural Studies) will share insights from their research and professional experiences, stimulating discussion on opportunities, challenges, and critical considerations related to this topic.
About the project
Futuring Interculturality aims to involve colleagues and students from all key areas of the University.
Through a collaborative cycle of research, teaching, professional services, and student experiences, we seek to shape the future of interculturality at Leeds.
These events serve as a working group for vision-sharing, identifying challenges, and generating ideas for collaboration.
We look forward to seeing many of you at the event!
