Profile

I am a PhD student supervised by Prof Jacob Blakesley and Prof Frances Weightman at the School of Languages, Cultures and Societies. My current research project focuses on the paratext of English translation of modern Chinese literature published by Penguin Random House from 1989 to 2022. Before being admitted to the University of Leeds in 2022, I attained my BA in English Language and Literature at Sun Yat-sen University (2020) and MA in Translation Studies at University College London (2021).
