Profile

I completed my BA in Arts and Humanities (History) at the Open University in 2020. I then began an MA in Medieval Studies at the University of Leeds – graduating in 2022. I wrote my master’s dissertation on medieval mysticism through a neurodivergent lens.

In 2023, I began my PhD again at the Univeristy of Leeds. My research focuses on neuroqueering 13th century mysticism in the diocese of Liége.

I am interested in

  • Queer and trans histories.
  • Neurodiversity and neuroqueer studies.
  • Disability and crip studies.
  • Medieval mysticism especially in France and the Low Countries in the High Medieval Period.
  • Hagiography.
