How do different modes of sensory storytelling, imagination and wellbeing intersect? - online workshop

You are invited to an online workshop which aims to explore how different forms of sensory imagination (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, as well as movement) relate to wellbeing.

Scholarly research has focused on the many ways in which wellbeing can be enhanced by engaging in creative practice, but there is a surprising gap in  our knowledge about the function of imagination and imagining in the creative process and its impact on wellbeing.

The workshop is the launch of a Sadler seminar series (University of Leeds) on the topic of Sensory Storytelling, Imagination and Wellbeing. The project leads will introduce the topic, and you will be invited to take part in activities relating to sensory imagination, sharing your own experiences of how it can relate to different dimensions of wellbeing.
