Learn about two radio and social activism projects: the archives of American radio host Studs Terkel and Leeds' community radio station Chapel FM with Tony Macaluso.
Tony Macaluso is the co-director of Chapel FM and a visiting scholar in the Studs Terkel Centre for Oral History at the Chicago History Museum.
He's interested in using radio and digital media to think about the meaning of community, conversation, the arts and how media from the past can help us confront problems in the future.
