Profile

I joined the University of Leeds as a postgraduate student before taking up the position of Intern at the Pedagogic Research in the Arts in 2024.

I completed my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology at Christ University, India in 2023 and started my MSc. in Organizational Psychology and Business from the University of Leeds in 2023. I am an ardent researcher and enjoy working on understanding various aspects of personality, teamwork, and leadership. 

Research interests

I have worked on various projects across wide range of domains in psychology. My first publication is titled ‘Understanding the Association Between Altruism, Personality, and Birth Order Among Indian Young Adults’ completed as part of my undergraduate dissertation published in the Social Science Research Network. I have also contributed to a book chapter on Animal Models in Neurodegenerative Disorders currently in press at the Cambridge Scholars Publishing. I recently contributed to the Pedagogic Research in the Arts (PRIA) Spring Newsletter 2024. 

Presently, I am engaged in desk research at PRIA and a staff project under Dr. Qin Zhou to understand time and leadership in temporary teams as part of my Master’s dissertation.
