As the Faculty Operations Director for the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures, I am responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a wide range of activities. My role is to oversee the delivery of professional services within the Faculty, ensuring we maintain the highest standards in supporting our teaching, research, and innovation activities.

I lead the Faculty’s professional services team, working closely with academic leaders, Heads of School, and colleagues across the University to implement strategies that align with institutional goals. My responsibilities include managing our Faculty’s resources effectively to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that enables our students and staff to thrive.

I play a key role in shaping and delivering major projects and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the Faculty’s and University’s strategic priorities. Additionally, I work to enhance collaboration across our Schools and Faculties, developing policies and processes that drive efficiency and innovation.

I am deeply committed to the professional development of our staff and champion initiatives that support a diverse and sustainable community.
