L’Oréal Blackett named one of Manchester's 30 under 30 by AMagazine

L’Oréal Blackett is a freelance journalist and editor across broadcast and digital media with ten years experience. After studying broadcast journalism at the University of Leeds, she went on to work in the Manchester media industry straight after graduating. Her most significant role was as a digital magazine editor at Manchester Confidential for six years.
L’Oréal solely managed sister magazine Body Confidential, where she focused on local women’s issues and lifestyle; from investigating women’s homelessness in the city to interviewing well-known names in fashion such as Paul Smith and Matthew Williamson. L’Oréal has recently gone freelance, as a broadcast journalist for BBC Radio Manchester.
