MOVEMENT

MOVEMENT brings together six fine art undergraduate students whose work explores the concept and visual manifestations of movement across abstract painting practices, photography and illustration.

How is movement, motion or gesture depicted across still artistic mediums?

Each artist responds in different ways to the notion, visually researching how fleeting moments can be captured and set stationary.

The exhibition expands upon the ideas posited by the artists within their work through curational experimentation that addresses how we move through the space and experience the work on display.
