Women and Identity is an exhibition of work by three fine art students in their second year at the University of Leeds.
Our exhibition explores identity in different areas.
We are all women artists exploring these areas in relation to our personal interests – Lucy focuses on collective identity as part of nightlife culture, Alicia focuses on self-expression and the formation of her identity through experience, and Talia focuses on cultural identity and heritage.
Our work is being exhibited in a domestic setting to reflect how our identity shapes our daily life from the background.
