EMBRYONIC – exhibition

Seven of our fine art students and alumni join up with other student artists in Leeds to present this new exhibition at Sunny Bank Mills.

The Egg Community is a Leeds-based art collective with artists from the University of Leeds, Leeds Arts University and Leeds Conservatoire, undergraduates and postgraduates. 

The collective brings together visual artists, painters, sculptors, performers and musicians who aim to create sensory experiences that encompass the viewer, with a commitment to spirituality and creating a connected experience for all present. 

In our first exhibition, EMBRYONIC, we emerge as artists and showcase our collaboration within Leeds's art scene. It contains our presence, the cyclical regeneration of new and old, and emotional-sensory energy. We are exploring cycles and body in the translucent nature of growth.
