Four postgraduate researchers who started their PhDs with us this academic year will be talking about their new projects.
Join us to hear about some of the exciting research being carried out in the School of Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies:
Craftsmanship and Collaboration in Robert Adam's Yorkshire Interiors
A materialist approach to a cappella singing and contemporary art performance
Against linear thought
The role and practices of art dealers and agents in the reception and re-evaluation of pre-1500 European painting in Britain, 1800-1865
This event is open to all and there is no need to book a place.
It will be followed by an introduction to the Postgraduate Researcher Mentoring Scheme, with Katherine Taylor (Leeds Doctoral College and Leeds Language Centre).
