Based on a unity of uncertainty circling their practices, a group of eight students from the University of Leeds are bought together by a want to expand skillsets and practices.
From their starting point ‘working at the edge’, their exhibition Scratching [at] the Surface is a response to their initial task, showcasing each artists’ development as emerging artists.
Each work in the exhibition is unique to each artist but is affixed to one another through a desire of pushing processes and techniques to discover an individual goal.
