Profile

I’m a Content Developer and Strategist for online CPD in the School of Design with more than seven years’ experience of designing and developing online learning courses across four different universities: University of Leicester, Coventry University, De Montfort University, and University of Leeds.

At the University of Leicester, I led on the design and delivery of the university’s personal and career development programme (the Leicester Award), which contributed to the University of Leicester winning a ‘Best Employability Strategy’ award in 2019.

Following this, I joined Coventry University in 2019 as a Learning Designer, collaborating with academics to design and develop online and blended degree courses.

I then joined De Montfort University in 2021 as a Course Design Manager where I led on the design and development of the university’s online distance learning degree courses.

Most recently, I was a Global Learning Manager at the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) where I led on the growth and development of learning for more than 20,000 self-study learners in more than 190 countries.

I’m an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) and I completed a MSc in Human Resource Management and Training at the University of Leicester in 2015.
