Have you ever wondered how colour affects you – in particular your health? Join Dr Stephen Westland as he discusses colour, light and health in partnership with Light Night Leeds 2017 and Society of Dyers and Colourists (SDC) North of England Region.
Light affects and influences us in ways that we are not consciously aware. In this lecture, you will learn how the colour of light influences us in aspects such as our alertness, choices, performance and emotions.
Light refreshments will be available from 5.30pm in Clothworkers Central G32 and the lecture starts at 6pm in the Speakman Lecture Theatre.
