There are complexities around staying relevant and continuing to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, especially with those critical to business survival and success. This talk explores the value and power of communication in helping business to navigate the current Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment and work towards a new normal.
