Profile

I have a background in graphic design, motion graphics, film production and as an independent film maker with awards for editing. I have international teaching experience and have freelanced on numerous productions and design projects in the UK and abroad.I have interests in the history of film, particularly Louis Le Prince. (Le Prince shot the very first moving images in Roundhay & Oakwood). John is a founding member of the Oakwood Community Cinema. My other interests are special effects and digital editing.

Student education

I  teach modules on the BA (Hons) Film, Photography and Media course. 

These include: short film production, motion graphics, cinema project and moving image project.

My office hours are Tuesdays 10-12pm + Open door policy if I’m around.
