AWOL — exhibition

Looking for something to do on a Sunday afternoon? Go ‘AWOL'.

AWOL is an exhibition of contemporary art featuring works by six young Leeds based artist who work across multiple media.

The artwork being exhibited is a range of large-scale paintings, installations, and sculptures which confront binary themes of the sublime and the simple, the occupied and the unoccupied, the absent and the present.

The artists all draw from a range of influences they encounter in their everyday lives and translate this into a practice-first based approach, unveiling further areas of interest as they work.
