I joined the University of Leeds in 2012 as a Teaching Fellow in German and since 2018 I have been a Lecturer in EAP at the Language Centre.

My scholarship interests lie in creating effective learning environments, students as partners and academic personal tutoring.

Student education
Over the last 12 years I have taught on numerous modules in the School of Languages, Cultures and Societies. In 2024-2025 I teach on ELU0038 Academic Skills for Arts and Social Sciences and on FILM5620M Film Arts and Industries.
