Research interests

I am interested in reflective practice and reflective writing and how this supports the development of autonomous learning practices. I am also interested in the analysis of genres within different fields and disciplines, most recently completing a comparative discourse analysis of stance features within professional and published texts in the field of marketing with student writing samples.
