We believe the best way to improve your skills in another language is to experience that language and culture. This course is designed to help you communicate effectively in English-speaking situations.
Experience English in real-life contexts
You’ll improve your English communication skills by doing practical exercises, such as making a video blog. How you learn will help you continue improving when the course finishes.
Learning takes place in and outside the classroom
You'll have opportunities to practise what you learn in and around the UK city of Leeds. This could involve interviewing local people or writing a poem about places of interest in Leeds.
You'll be a University of Leeds student
When you enrol on this course, you'll have the same access to the services and facilities on campus as any other student, and you can apply to stay in university accommodation.
